BIO
Stephen is a sociologist, public policy specialist and facilitator who taught at the ANU from 1974-1996 and has over 40 years experience as an educator, researcher, facilitator and change management consultant for government, military, private sector and non-government organisations. He has been both an advisor to senior leaders over many years and an active player in major change programs, preceded by a long and successful academic career, specialising in sociology and social psychology, earning a major reputation as a scholarly researcher in criminology and drug policy.
