EP 138 - Fat Camp Rasing Da STEAKS
EThe boys have started a fitness challenge between Josh, Mikey, Pickles and Allan. On this episode we come together to outline the rules, and make it OFFICIAL. Keep your eyes open for #fatcamp on IG/FB to keep track of their progress. The rules for the weight loss competition are as follows: 1. drop 35lbs min from now (5/30/20) till Thursday Nov 26, 2020 2. weekly weigh ins on Fridays no later than 9am. 3. person to lose the least amount of weight will be the weekly loser. 4. Weekly loser will perform fitness "punishment" determined by weekly winner. 5 Fitness punishment must be recorded and uploaded to IG with #fatcamp. As a bonus Josh, Allan and Pickles have also agreed to a 1mi run time challenge. Run times will be recorded bi-weekly and posted along with that week's weigh-ins.
