In this issue, clearly intended for a U.S. audience, the terror organization seizes on the backlash from the murder of George Floyd, Black Lives Matter protests, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the economic downturn, in order to encourage followers, to invite "oppressed US rioters" to follow Malcolm X & embrace Islam, as well as to urge attacks on the U.S..
