In this episode i read two passages from two different texts which give some historical evidence that freemasonry in America was founded by rabbis.
The first is from a small book entitled "Arithmetic of Freemasonry" by "W. Bro. Rev. F. De P. Castells, A.K.C."and the second is from an essay by Samuel Oppenheim which can be found here: https://www.jstor.org/stable/pdf/43057843.pdf
