The disconnect between real estate investors can sometimes be frustrating. Often, to learn more about a specific niche market or a specific deal, you have to seek out someone who is a pillar in that industry - a mentor or teacher - in that space.
This is the problem Paul tackled when he started his business. There needed to be a way that real estate investors can talk to *each other* about properties and deals. And that's why he founded TwnSqr, or "Townsquare," a marketplace platform specifically for real estate investors.
