Hosting a podcast is not easy.
Showing up and doing this on the regular over and over again, making sure that you bring the right vibe to represent your organization to multiple stakeholders is a hard job. And it's probably not always appreciated as much as it should be.
As an organization, you need to make sure that a podcast host receives the assets, the training and the input that they need to keep doing their job. Even at the earliest stages, it's an excellent idea to equip your host with the things that they need. And then make sure that they're properly trained to do the job and continue to do it with a great deal of follow through and accountability to your business goals.
There are four main areas to cover in order to make sure that your host is well trained, and fully in the know about what the strategy is.
