Jefferson shares her story of striving to increase equity of the Black, indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) community in Agile. One way is the Agile for Humanity group and conference – or, should we say, "unconference." Jefferson is aware that much of how conferences operate create obstacles for diverse voices to participate.
