Meet THE INVESTOR COACH of Agent Mafia! Tyler has been involved in real estate since 2015 when he acquired his first rental property. After several years of investing and working in corporate America, he became licensed in Florida in 2019. Tyler focused on working with investors part-time while maintaining his full-time job in a Customer Success Manager role. Over two years, he developed a system to meet new investors and help them grow their rental portfolios, buy vacation homes, and other investment opportunities. In 2021 Tyler formed the GPG Team and brought on his first team member while still working full-time. That year he was recognized as one of the top 20 under 40 by his peers and ranked in the top 2.5% of agents in his market of Orlando, FL.
