Show Notes

280 million people have depression worldwide, and 700,000 people will die of suicide this year. The problem is getting worse, not better, and while mental health awareness is at an all time high, conversations about the role nutrition plays is all but absent. On this week's podcast, psychiatrist Drew Ramsey helps us rethink our mental health from a food choice perspective.
