We then discuss WisdomTree's foray into the digital asset ecosystem with their recent investment in Seccurency, a blockchain-based financial infrastructure company focused on the compliance side of how digital asset transactions do not run afoul of applicable laws and regulations such as know-your-customer. One of WisdomTree's goals is to position for a possible integration of blockchain technology into the ETF ecosystem that would revolutionize how investors can gain access to ETFs beyond the traditional custodial/brokerage account set-up.
