Renowned Ghanaian businessman Ibrahim Mahama has announced plans to take legal action against members of the ‘Black Maria,’ the Inspector-General of Police’s Special Operations Team, following an incident he describes as a serious assault on him in Tamale over the weekend. He stated that those responsible must be held accountable
