Nick Berry, a farmer and mechanical engineer, invented the Seed Terminator, a device that attaches to combine harvesters to destroy weed seeds during the harvest process. After years of development and testing, Berrys company began manufacturing commercial units in 2016. The Seed Terminator has since grown into a global ag-tech player, with plans to make it a standard harvester feature by 2030.
