Eli Sanchez is a former college baseball athlete that worked his way up to Division 1 at Northern Illinois University. Eli is currently finishing up his first year in graduate school at Elmhurst College for Occupational Therapy. In this part of the podcast we discussed Eli’s experience the first time he completed the “75 Hard” challenge. We also discussed his mindset heading into “75 Hard” round 2!
