Tom Syron has over 32 years as a sheet metal worker in the commercial HVAC Industry. He’s the son of a sheet metal worker and the father of a sheet metal worker. Tom is also an Organizer with SMART Local 265 Union.
In this episode, Tom reflects on his career in the trades. We discuss the pros and cons of working in a Union, along with addressing a few misconceptions that Tom has often come across.
