NBA champion and mental health advocate Metta World Peace joins the show and Adam asks him about his upbringing in the New York projects, including a friend of his getting murdered on the basketball court. Next, Adam asks how early mental health became an important part of his life and Metta suggests a few ideas to help children progress and cope with various issues.
