Show Notes

Adam compliments Patricia and David on their new web series: Versailles. Adam asks Patricia to talk about working on a multi-camera sitcom vs. a single camera production. Adam also talks to the couple about how they met and jokes with them about the downsides of couples massages.

Adam then talks with David about the Goodwood Festival in London, and how he gets pissed when locals don't know what he's talking about. The group also discusses European urinals, and how to get people to whizz where they're supposed to. There's also an extended conversation about construction site port-a-potties.

David describes the backstory of their new web series, and how the lead character was created while on set for a movie. He further goes on to talk about how he and his writing partner just decided to film the series as opposed to going the 'suit route'. They then talk about some of the costars of the series, and Adam relates his experience on a road trip with Fred Willard.

Adam asks Patricia about being religious, and she and David talk about some of the great experiences they've had attending their church. Adam compliments their efforts in the community, and talks about working with born again gang bangers back on his construction site days. He also talks about being an Atheist, and Patricia's inner Tiger Mom comes out to talk about the importance of raising your kids right and guiding them through the toxic environment around them.

In the last segment of the show, Adam talks a bit more about David and Patricia's web series, and how he couldn't imagine this type of work when he was in an improv troupe. David recalls being a stand-up, and also wondered what the end game would be. They all agree on the liberating power of the web, and Adam imagines what Clark Gable would have done with a Twitter account. As the show wraps up, Adam discusses the Ringwald family, talks vintage cars with David, and talks about being a Catholic big brother.
