Show Notes

Adam welcomes Jesse Ventura to the show, and Jesse praises Adam for his work on The Man Show. The guys talk about the origins of the show, and of course the girls on trampolines. Jesse also talks about his latest book, '63 Documents Your Government Doesn't Want You To Read,' and has a passionate conversation with Adam about our political system and international relationships.

The guys also talk about Jesse's experience as a Navy SEAL, working as part of the Underwater Demolition Unit. Jess talks about the intense training process, and some of his experiences in Vietnam, including something he calls 'Dupont fishing'. The guys also chat about their kids, and how to give them 'that grit'.

Adam and Jesse talk about various forms of torture, including sleep deprivation and water boarding. Jesse explains what the process is like from a first-hand experience, and talks to Adam about whether or not torture is an effective method to getting accurate information. It leads to a larger discussion about government conspiracies and the actions of post 9/11 America. Adam then wraps the show talking to Jesse about the daily routine of Vietnam, and the documents Jesse has brought to light in his new book.
