Recently, the American Heart Association along with the American College of Cardiology released new guidelines where Americans should monitor and take care of their cholesterol at a younger age and both Josh and Jordana bring some vulnerable points of health that attribute to these findings!

There is an AARP study that 64% of workers over the age of 50 feel they face workplace discrimination — a statistic that hasn't changed since 2024. Meanwhile, more than 1 in 10 respondents believe they've been passed up for a promotion because of their age - Jordana breaks this all down!
