we designed this TPS61040 board (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/texas-instruments/TPS61040DBVR/454263) like a year ago and messed up the BOM on the first run so that it had 100 ohm resistors instead of 100K for the voltage-setting divider. woops! and then it sorta sat on the "to fix" pile for a long time. but...new year, new us! time to fix and get back into production. the tester is a Metro 328 (https://www.adafruit.com/product/50), it turns on and off a 120 ohm load to verify the 12V output can source the current specified. a resistor divider goes from the output to a analog input. beep! its good to go :)
