It specifies a low-pass filter inductor of 4.7 µH with a Q factor greater than 20 at 25 MHz and minimal DC resistance. The recommended part, COILCRAFT 1008CS-472GLB (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/coilcraft/1008CS-472XGRC/15794541), is somewhat pricey.
