The Great Search: 5V Boost for CAN Bus Transceiver

Today we were working on an all-in-one CAN bus Feather.
CAN bus is a protocol with a hardware signalling layer that is specified for 5V
logic, and there's a 120 ohm termination resistor that means we will need at least
50mA for the signalling control. Let's find a DC/DC converter that will get us
a nice clean 5V with minimal cost and complexity on Digi-Key!
