Desk of Ladyada - overtime edition! RP2040 DVI Feather from Bones

we finished some other stuff we'd been working on so we are able to spend some time on these RP2040 "Bones" we designed last month - we can swap different components on the right to mimic what we did with our Feather M0 series (https://www.adafruit.com/?q=feather+m0&sort=BestMatch) we're starting off with adding a DVI output - this would be a great match for our fork of the PicoDVI library (https://github.com/adafruit/PicoDVI) that is now Arduino librarified. personally, i just want a DVI output device i can use for testing HDMI-input displays! Once this feather is known good and working we'll do all the other Feathers we are planning.
