Dr. Robyn is heading off on sabbatical for the month so it's a great episode to talk about the politics of rest and spaciousness. Some of us are really good at creating time in our day to rest (er, Robyn). Some of us are absolute shit (uh, Anna). We are part of a society that prioritizes production over people, money over self-care. How do we make rest a practice that is both fulfilling and possible? Dr. Robyn and Rev. Anna explore that very question.
