Leaks from Rockstar show the possibility of Bully 2 Midnight Club Los Angeles and Grand Theft Auto 4 remasters! Plus, Valve celebrates 25 years of Half-Life excellence by releasing new maps, graphics options, and a documentary. Here's a surprise, Naughty Dog is remastering a Last of Us game! This time it is Part 2, however, the remaster will include some extra content not seen in the original release. GTA 6 is officially announced and a trailer is coming soon to coincide with Rockstar's 25th anniversary! James and Grant discuss the big news and make some predictions. In honor of Rockstar's 25th year, the boys discuss which old Rockstar games they'd like to see return and some new genres they'd be able to dominate. The new Call of Duty game has a very bad and short campaign, James talks about his experience with it. Nintendo and Sony join forces to make a live-action Zelda movie... Strange times. James and Grant come off a busy week and relax with some video game talk. Why are July and August slow for the video game world? Well, it doesn't matter much because Xbox Backwards Compatibility is fantastic and classic Call of Duty servers are populated again! The boys pick their favorite remakes and remasters, Overwatch 2 looks to be falling out of the collective gamers' consciousness and Grant has to educate James on Counter-Strike.  Remnant 2 comes out and Grant discusses his adventure with a friend playing Resident Evil 2 Remake.

Microsoft wins its case against the FTC! Yay...? James and Grant discuss the ruling and praise the really good, morally-focused Activision/Blizzard. Grant explains why Skill-Based Match Making is ruining casual matchmaking in multiplayer games. It's James' birthday! In celebration, he gives his top 5 favorite video games of all time. A mobile game makes an appearance, a classic, retro series is coming to PlayStation, and the games we're playing this week are hot, hot, hot!

This week James and Grant discuss the Nintendo Switch and its constant rise in hardware sales. They talk about the culture of Nintendo and their locked-in audience and Grant ponders why Zelda is so beloved. The Witcher season 3 is out on Netflix, video game remasters and remakes are hot right now, Firewatch is loved by James for some reason, and Battlebit: Remastered is a surprise top-seller! Bad game names return in "Notable Games of the Week" and Grant plays some retro games.
