This week on Act Bold I sat down with Masha Kay who is a nervous system and breath work coach who specializes in helping people find their flow. I had actually heard Masha speaking on another podcast completely unrelated to acting but found that I could apply, almost one-to-one, everything she was saying to the kinds of challenges that we as actors face. Masha provides a practical framework for understanding and managing our emotional and physiological responses in various scenarios -- things like auditions, networking events, and interviews with agents or casting directors.
