I think most people are now aware of the RaDonda Vaught case and now criminal conviction for reckless homicide and impaired adult abuse after she gave Charlene Murphey Vecuronium(paralytic) rather than Versed(anxiolytic/sedative). In this episode, we look at it from both sides on the errors that happened and how it may impact transparency and reporting in medicine.
