The EM documentation guidelines are changing significantly on January 1st of 2023. We have talked with Dr. Jason Adler earlier in 2022(check out the podcast) and now we get a more detailed update as recorded at the Kentucky ACEP Annual Meeting on November 15th, 2022. I will drop the ACEP documentation cheat sheet on the ACEP Frontline Facebook page.
