Daylight saving time begins March 8, but March’s biggest change is the rapid increase in daylight, with some cities adding more than 100 minutes by month’s end.
Also, severe storms and flooding risks will ramp up in the Plains, Ohio Valley. Multiple storms moving across the Plains and Ohio Valley in the upcoming week will set the stage for a multiday severe weather risk and flooding.
