Facilitated by Dr. Matt Melamed and Dr. Nicole Battaglioli, this podcast discusses the 2019 Western Journal of Emergency Medicine's article on The Happiness Practice curriculum for EM residents. This curriculum was modeled after several successful wellness initiatives at the corporate level. Authors Dr. Danielle Hart and Dr. Glenn Paetow from Hennepin join us to discuss their study findings, the broader challenges in studying wellness, and some promising systems-level changes at their institution.
