High intensity training. How much effort and concentration can you put into each set of each exercise? How skilled are you at the application of that exercise? HIT prioritizes the optimal minimal, with the goal of building muscle (size and strength), not endurance, or aerobic efficiency. Know what your goals are and seek the path that makes the most sense for you to achieve your goals.
