Non-verbal communication, which includes body language, is an integral part of the communication process. It supplements verbal communication, adding depth and nuance to the messages we convey. Our posture, facial expressions, gestures, and even the distance we maintain during interactions, all contribute to the perception and interpretation of our messages. Non-verbal cues, when aligned with our verbal messages, enhance clarity and authenticity, making our communication more effective.
