Chris “The Kiwi” Ashenden is a native of New Zealand and an avid traveler. He’s been to over 60 countries and has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and years of experience as a nutritionist and strength coach.
Chris is a spokesperson for Athletic Greens and writes a newsletter entitled Kiwi Two Cents on fat loss, nutrition, and happiness through health.
