I want to thank Sara White’s cousin, Barb, for connecting me with Sara! After we had scheduled this interview, but before the day we recorded, I realized that Sara is one of the wonderful quilters that makes quilts for Soothing Stitches because I saw her in a post on Facebook. Soothing Stitches is a great organization in our community that makes special quilts for very sick children. It’s an amazing organization. I loved this quote from Sara, “Quilting people are some of the best people there is.” Now isn’t that the truth?!
