Dive Down The Rabbit Hole with Ryan Stewart
Welcome, plebs! In today's show, I'm thrilled to introduce our very first guest, my best friend and the producer of this show, Ryan Stewart. In this episode, Ryan and I delve into his journey through Bitcoin and Nostr. I'll also be answering a few of his questions about wallets and networks. It seems Ryan is well on his way to becoming a Bitcoiner, and I'm proud to say I'm the one who pulled him into it. He's even reached the phase where his wife rolls her eyes every time he mentions Bitcoin, and I absolutely love it! Anyway, plebs, I hope you enjoy my conversation with Ryan on the world of Bitcoin and Nostr. You can find Ryan Stewart on Nostr at [email protected]. Should You Buy The Bitcoin ETF?
Welcome Plebs! I am excited to share another episode of A Plebs Take. In this quick episode, I go over why I believe the newly approved Bitcoin ETFs are counter-intuitive to our goals as Bitcoiners. It is not my place nor do I have any right to tell you how and where you should purchase Bitcoin. I am not giving financial or legal advice, I am simply articulating my reasons for not buying captured Bitcoin. I do briefly touch on a few reasons someone might purchase the ETF...but I don't put any weight into that bucket. Because seriously Fuck The Suits and Fuck the ETF

Nostr The Censorship Resistant Social Protocol
Welcome Plebs! Today I have an exciting show talking about Nostr the decentralized, censorship-resistant social media protocol. In this episode, I give a broad overview of how the Nostr Protocol works. I explain how to create a Pub/Private key pair using a Nostr Client of your choice. Nostr is social media for the free man and you can create your keys for free and without fear of government oversight. Protocols VS Platforms
Welcome to Episode 3 of A Plebs Take, on today's episode, we discuss how protocols like HTTP, IP, SMTP, Bitcoin, and nostr differ from platforms like Meta, Google, and Amazon. Protocols rule our online lives and we cannot communicate within the network without these important protocols. They are the language of the internet, the rules per se. Platforms are built within protocols and are similar to walled gardens. They are not inherently bad or good they just are. The important factor for us is to understand when we are using a protocol and when we are using a platform. If you have any suggested edits to this Episode and any of the points I've made, shoot me a message on Nostr @ [email protected] We can talk about anything I might have missed or something that needs to be better explained. If you want to support the show please give me a 5-star review and let us know what you think.
Wallets and how to secure them
In this episode, I'm dishing out my thoughts on Bitcoin wallets and how to keep your mnemonic seed words (your wallet backup) safe and secure. I'm keeping it light, and just scratching the surface. We're on a mission to create more Plebs every day. Expanding our knowledge and continuing to expound on our ideas. If you think you have a better understanding or a more concise. maybe you think I’ve missed critical information, hit me up on Nostr at [email protected]. Let's chat about how to make freedom tech easy for the newbies and the No-coiners. Thanks for tuning in to "A Plebs Take" – hope you enjoyed this episode and maybe learned a thing or two.
