As we get into the thick of AAU season, we have our players, especially our seniors, really starting to think ahead for their college of choice and where they want to play. As a high school coach, there are three major things to consider; 1) What is your role as their coach? 2) What do you need to communicate to an interested college coach? and 3) What can you do to help your players get recruited?
