Although the traditional back to the basket post player is not as prevalent as it once was, at some point it is going to come back. As a high school coach, if you have a back to the basket post player that is one of your five best players, you HAVE to develop that player and make them an effective part of your offense. Here are some tips to help develop your post players around the basket.
