Moni shares the many different types of leadership and her leadership styles. She also shares that leaders can have a number of different styles of leading.
Here are the things to do to become a good leader:
- Know your leadership style.
- Believe you are capable of leading, and you can start by believing in yourself.
- Whatever area you're lacking confidence in, go and learn more about it.
- Don't try to be the person who knows everything.
- Surround yourself with people who know how to lead in their specific areas.
