Show Notes
Welcome to the PCS Special Sunday Series with Moni Jefferson
First, we are grateful for YOU, our listeners, partners, and sponsors.
Second, Moni wants to convey the importance of taking it one day at a time. Especially if you have a lot of personal things happening, you have to take the time to take care of yourself. Otherwise, you'll get overwhelmed.
Tips from this episode:
- No matter where you are in your PCS process, make sure you have a project management tool to help you keep your operations on track. Monday.com has a free version, and because they are an AMSE partner, you can access it through your dashboard.
- Use the AMSE PCS Trello Board to help you.
- Even if you're getting close to your move date, hire more people to help you with your business.
- Let go and let your team do their stuff!
- One of our new corporate sponsors is Meta - formerly known as Facebook. We will be joining them for a five-base tour this summer.
- To the best of your ability, clear the calendar before and during the month of the move.
- Use the MyPCS App to make a checklist for your business.
Something to remember - PCSing doesn't have to be complicated. And, you are allowed to pivot and move things that aren't needing immediate attention during this time. Serve your audience/clients that best represent your values and mission.
