In this episode, CEO & Founder Moni Jefferson shares her recent experience of taking the AMSE team on a retreat.
Years ago, Moni was inspired by seeing another CEO do this with her team and looked forward to the day when she would have a team to take on a retreat. She put the vision out there, and it finally happened! It was an excellent time for all that attended.
There was brainstorming, yoga, Escape Room, and more! As a leader, Moni understands that you must have the courage to listen to your team to grow. This retreat was a time of communication and connection.
