Sales Price – Commission Amount – Other Liens, Payoffs, and Costs = Net to Seller
Net to seller formula when the net income is known, but don't know the sales price:
Sales Price – (100% x Commission Rate) – Other Liens, Payoffs, and Costs = Net to Seller
