Episode 003 - Math: The Bane of Your Existence!
There are many four-letter words used in daily life. (Present company included!) Our real estate students use many four-letter words when describing another word...math.
You can't escape those irritating formulas and calculations, but Brian gives some tips to handle them, all while keeping your sanity. Good luck with that!

- 02:37 – Don't let the math questions intimidate you. They don't make up the large part of your exam.
- 03:38 – Some of the math is simple. Don't make it harder than it is.
- 04:45 – Know the math formulas. Write them down. Not too many of them.
- 05:43 – Know how to create and use the formulas.
- 06:20 – Read the math question. Answer what the question asks.
- 08:20 – Watch for unneeded information from the question.
- 09:05 – Questions are designed to make you think through the concept of the math.
- 09:25 – Don't take more than a few minutes per math question.
