Many women come to me “doing all the things” which feels like diet culture bleeding into a wellness journey. Healing is not about doing. It’s about being. However, ‘being’ is uncomfortable for many people, especially busy women. Why? Because that is when the noise and the emotions come up. It’s easy to ignore them when you are busy, but every time you ignore them you are suppressing that emotion. Cut to years later of suppressing and you have dis(ease) and chronic illness. So, how do you get to a place where you feel the emotions? I will reveal how in todays’ podcast.
