A healing journey is not linear and each persons can look very different. I started mine at the age of 20 and now, at 39, I am looking back at how far I’ve come and what I've learned along the way. With this being my first episode back after taking a break when my mom passed, I wanted to give you a health update. I’ll be sharing about my health discoveries and what I would do if I were starting my gut healing journey over.
