Show Notes

In this liberating episode, Jennifer explores one of A Course in Miracles' most radical teachings from Chapter 19: that there is no sin, only mistakes that call for correction rather than punishment. She shares her personal journey from being attracted to punishment and making others (and herself) feel guilty to recognizing that punishment is actually guilt's protection mechanism that keeps the illusion of sin alive. Drawing from the section "The Unreality of Sin," Jennifer explains how the ego brings sin to fear demanding punishment, when actually love is what's being called for, and how she transformed her life by shifting from labeling things as "sins" to seeing them as "tactical errors" deserving compassion and correction - a shift that dissolved her own unconscious guilt and freed her from self-destructive patterns including alcohol abuse. To learn more about A Course in Miracles please visit Powerofloveministry.net.
