Meet Pot Roast! He weighs 75 pounds, is around 4 years old, and is one tall drink of water! Goofy guy Pot Roast was adopted from us in February 2022. Pot Roast is back with us now and he is an absolute favorite of our stronger dog walkers. He LOVES his walks, never jumps on people, and has happily lived with older kids. Pot Roast is starting to show some signs of kennel stress by running in circles and wanting more attention than our staff can give him. He understands basic commands such as sit, shake, and paw, and is food motivated. We think he'll be a very willing learner. Pot Roast is neutered, micro-chipped, up-to-date on all vaccines, and heartworm negative. Because we are currently at full capacity, we are offering $40.00 reduced adoption fees for our adoptable dogs. Stop by Berrien County Animal Control (1400 South Euclid Avenue, Benton Harbor, MI 49022) on Mondays-Thursdays (9:00-5:30) and Fridays (9:00-2:30) if you would like to meet Pot Roast. If you can't make it during these hours, call the shelter at 269-927-5648 to see about scheduling an out-of-hours appointment. If you have other dogs in your home, please bring them to the meet-and-greet (with up-to-date vaccines and dog license) and plan to drive them home separately if you choose to adopt. Beautiful Paisley is a female calico kitten with an estimated birthday of May 25th, 2023. With her exotic "eyeliner" and colorful coat, Paisley is an eye-catching kitten. Paisley was saved from a frightening ride as a hitchhiker under the hood of a pickup truck. She has blossomed into a very loving kitten. While in foster care, Paisley has learned to enjoy toys and she thinks wand toys are the best! She has also become friends with the other cats in her foster home.
