To call Jesus just a “good teacher” or a “religious influencer” would be to miss this moment, that is, the moment when he stopped a funeral process in its tracks. Jesus’ ability to raise the dead proves that he is indeed great, as great as God himself, and able to do the greatest thing of all—give us life through his sacrificial death.
