Seven people have been injured after a car drove into a crowd in Derby city centre, England. A man was arrested seven minutes after the incident by Derbyshire Police on the other side of the city centre, following eyewitness reports of the vehicle's location. Counter-terrorism officers are assisting with the investigation, though authorities are not currently treating the incident as terrorism.
