Jackie O Henderson has launched legal action against Australian Radio Network for unfair dismissal, seeking $82 million in lost wages plus interest and costs after the Kyle and Jackie O Show was axed. Henderson claims she made bullying complaints about Kyle Sandilands well before their on-air confrontation on 20 February, and alleges ARN misled the market in its announcement about her departure.
