The Albanese Government has dismissed concerns about fuel rationing in Australia as Indonesia pledges to supply urea if shortages occur. Urea is a critical ingredient in fertiliser for farmers preparing to plant winter crops and is also used as an anti-pollutant in diesel engines. Opposition Leader Angus Taylor has called for greater transparency about gaps in fuel supply chains, while Energy Minister Chris Bowen maintains fuel supplies are secured into May.
