Accused Bondi terrorist Naveed Akram's application to suppress the identities of his mother, brother and sister has been rejected by a judge who ruled the information is already widely circulated online. Judge Hugh Donnelly found that Akram's mother's name has been in the public domain since she gave an interview the day after the alleged terror attack on December 14. Akram faces 15 counts of murder and 48 counts of inflicting grievous bodily harm after he and his father Sajid Akram allegedly went on a rampage at Hanukkah by the Sea.
